The Society for Surgery of the Alimentary Tract has awarded Dr. David Al Adra this year’s SSAT Career Development Award for his project titled: “Immunomodulation of the Liver using Normothermic ex-vivo Machine Perfusion”.

Dr. Al Adra graduated from the Toronto Abdominal Organ Transplant Fellowship in 2017 and is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin.
